A healthcare role is available for a per diem registered nurse providing school nursing services for students ranging in age from 3 to 22 in a K-12 educational setting. This strictly on-call contract position offers flexible opportunities to respond to urgent needs as they arise during the school year.

Location: Anoka, MN

Duration: January 5, 2026 June 5, 2026

Schedule: Monday through Friday, per diem on-call (no guaranteed hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care and health services to students across diverse grade levels.
• Respond promptly to day-of-call requests for coverage due to absences, vacations, or unexpected needs.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student health, safety, and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate health records in compliance with school policies and regulatory guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current and valid MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience in school nursing is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload spanning early childhood through young adulthood.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Reliable availability to work on short notice during school hours.
